Listing of up to 8,695,542,870 New Shares following a conditional debt conversion.

Rights Issue of a minimum 4,166,666,666 Offer Shares up to 5,833,333,333 Offer Shares with pre-emptive rights for shareholders and certain rights holders as at 26 February 2009

Subscription Price: NOK 0.03 per Offer Share

Listing for trading on Oslo Børs of 5,833,333,333 Subscription Rights giving preferential rights to subscribe for 5,833,333,333 Offer Shares.

Important notice:

The Subscription Rights must be used to subscribe for Offer Shares or sold before the end of the Subscription Period, as they thereafter will have no value.
