The RDX QuikStor is fully backward and forward compatible, so you protect your investment in both the drive and the media. The cartridge is incredibly rugged and shock resistant to accommodate accidental falls from the rack or desk. Tandberg Data internal tests and third party drop tests have verified that the cartridge can fall from a 1 meter height onto a concrete floor, without incurring any impact damage. In addition, RDX cartridges are specified for 5,000 load/unload cycles - which will provide over 10 years of daily use.
