This form must be submitted to Tandberg Data GmbH online. The RMA number must be obtained prior to returning the product. When using the Advanced Replacement Service, the defective unit must be returned to Tandberg Data GmbH within 5 days. Customers from Norway will receive a pro-forma invoice which needs to be returned with the defective unit.
Tandberg Data does not charge for shipping costs of your Advanced Replacement unit. The defective unit can be sent to Tandberg Data with the free-of charge returns label provided.
