PROSPECTUS TANDBERG DATA ASA

Equity Offering of up to 7,500,000,000 New Shares

Pre-emptive rights for the shareholders and certain rights holders as at 12 March 2008

Subscription Price: NOK 0.02 per New Share

Important notice: The pre-emptive rights must be used to subscribe for New Shares or sold before the end of the Subscription Period, as they thereafter will have no value.
