For customers who require higher levels of service to maintain data integrity and minimize downtime in the event of a failure, Tandberg Data offers extended on-site service options.
The following services levels are available for either one or three years:

| Service and Support with coverage five (5) days a week, (8) hours a day, with next business day (24 hours) service response time. |
| 5x8x4 |
| Service and Support with coverage five (5) days a week, eight (8) hours a day, with an average four (4) hour service response time. This coverage is available during regular business hours (between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM GMT , Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 5 x 9 phone and onsite support services.) |
| 7x24x4 |
| Service and Support with coverage seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, with an average four (4) hour service response time. |
