Pat Clarke was appointed as CEO in January 2008. He has been Tandberg Data's Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Service since May 2007. Clarke joined Tandberg Data in 2006 as Vice President Sales and Marketing EMEA. Before Joining Tandberg Data, Clarke was Vice President and General Manager for Pillar Data Systems. Prior to Pillar Data Systems he held similar positions for Bakbone Software and Overland storage. Having spent some years in the British Armed forces, Mr. Clarke moved into the IT industry working at Quantum and then IBM. He was educated at Clongowes Wood College in Ireland.

Nils Hoff,
			Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Nils Hoff, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Nils Hoff joined Tandberg Data in August 2008 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Tandberg Data, Hoff was CFO of Tandberg Storage for two years. Before that, he spent eight years at Data Invest AS as CFO and General Manger in companies where Data Invest AS had ownership. Hoff holds a DH candidate of economics and administration, auditing and shipping from Agder Distriktshøgskole.

			Devlin, Chief Operating Officer (COO)Kevin Devlin, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Kevin Devlin was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tandberg Data in August 2007. Devlin has extensive experience in the storage industry, most recently he was General Manager of Pillar Data Systems (Ireland). Prior to joining Pillar Data Systems he was General Manager of Quantum's European Operations where he worked for 11 years. Preceding Quantum Devlin worked for Amdahl. Devlin holds a PhD in Physics from Dublin City University (DCU).

Marije GouldMarije Gould, Vice President of Marketing

Marije Gould was appointed as Vice President of Marketing at Tandberg Data in July 2009, with responsibility for product management and product marketing, global marketing, and strategic alliances. Prior to this, she was the global director of corporate marketing for Tandberg Data. In this role, she was responsible for Tandberg Data's global marketing and communication strategy. Gould joined Tandberg Data in September 2006. Prior to joining Tandberg Data, Gould held various marketing positions at Quantum Corporation, Matrox Graphics and Philips Business Communications. Born in the Netherlands, Gould graduated from the Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, the Netherlands, with a BA in Public Administration and Organization Sciences, and a MA in Management and Organization. She is located in the United Kingdom.

Scott PetersenScott Petersen, Senior Vice President, Americas

Scott Petersen joined Tandberg Data in October 2007 as the Senior Vice President of the Americas. Petersen is based at the Tandberg Data facility in Boulder, Colorado, where he leads the sales and marketing teams throughout all of North and South America. Prior to joining Tandberg Data, Petersen held sales leadership roles at McData Corporation, as Vice President of Sales, Eastern US; and BakBone Software, Inc., as Vice President of Sales. Prior to these positions, he served in a variety of leadership functions for several other high-tech companies, including Actiopoint, Inc. in San Jose, California; and Sterling Software in Dallas, Texas. Scott Petersen holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.

Graham PatersonGraham Paterson, Senior Vice President, EMEA

Graham Paterson joined Tandberg Data in May 2010 as Senior Vice President of the EMEA region. A strong channel advocate, Graham brings more than 20 years of international senior management experience in sales, marketing and business development, most recently at AVG where he was responsible for global business channel strategy.  Previously Graham spent three years developing Samsung's European IT channel business.  Prior to that, in his role as vice president of EMEA, Graham grew Quantum’s Snap NAS business from start-up to a market leadership position.  Graham spent 13 years at AST Computer, where he held several senior sales management positions, including overseas assignments in Japan, France and the U.S., followed by sales and marketing roles at Viewsonic and Packard Bell. Graham holds a BA in Business Studies from Liverpool University.

Andrew MartinAndrew Martin, Vice President, APAC and Japan

Andrew Martin joined Tandberg Data in April 2011 as Vice President of Tandberg Data Asia Pacific, Japan and the Middle East, and is responsible for developing the channel and OEM business in the region. He manages the team of operations, administration, sales and marketing. Before joining Tandberg Data, Martin was Vice President Asia at BakBone Software for sales and marketing. Prior to this role he was co-founder and Managing Director of Otium Software where he was responsible for all aspects of the business including the eventual acquisition by BakBone. Andrew has over 15 years experience in the technology industry, gained through sales-focused roles at some of the industry's leading storage vendors, including Cheyenne Software (now CA), DEC, BMC Software and Veritas. Martin holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Sociology with Computing from Loughborough University of Technology.
