VXA Self Support RMA Request
The Windows VXATool provides an RMA key if the IST (Internal Self Test) ends with a failure. With that key, you can bypass the troubleshooting process with Technical Support and contact Tandberg Data’s RMA/Service department directly.

Please note that you MUST have a valid RMA Key generated from the VXATool to bypass troubleshooting.
