The Board has appointed an audit committee among the members of the Board of Directors. The members of the audit committee are Svein Simensen Andresen (Chair) and Bente Solid Hansen.

The mandate of the audit committee is to ensure thorough and independent preparation of matters relating to the financial reporting. The duties of the audit committee of Tandberg Data include the following:

• Preparation for the board's quality control of the Company's financial statements and reporting
• Review of the Company's internal control and risk evaluation systems
• Maintaining contact with the Company's auditor in respect of annual audit
