Marit Døving - Chairman of the Board (Acting)
Marit Døving joined the board in December 2007. Since 2005 she is a management consultant. Previously she was Executive Vice President at Symbian Ltd. 2003 -2005, CEO of Consorte Group ASA 2000 -2003, Vice President at Telia Denmark 1998 -2000 as well as Executive Vice President at Telenor ASA 1993-98.
Svein Simensen
Svein V. Simensen joined the board in December 2007. He has extensive background from numerous board positions. Currently he sits on the board of the follwing organisations: CAR ASA, StorOslo Service AS, Norwegian Securities AS and Benchmark Oil & Gas AB. Mr. Simensen holds a graduate engineering degree from ETH in Zürich.
Bente Sollid-Hansen
Bente Sollid-Hansen joined the board in December 2007. She currently chairs the board of DnBNOR kapiatlforvaltning and sits on the following boards: PSI Group ASA, Stochasto ASA, Capura (Consafe Logistics) AS, Mandag Morgen Norge AS, TV Sunnmøre AS, Mediegruppen Møre AS 2000. She holds an MBA and has a degree in political science.
Tom Bjørnsen
Tom Bjørnsen has been a Board member since 2000. Mr. Bjørnsen has been an employee at Tandberg Data since the company s founding in 1979, and was previously employed at Tandberg Radiofabrikk starting 1971.
Bjørn Stanger
Bjørn Stanger has been a Board member since 2006. He was also an employee elected Board member in the period from May 2000 till May 2003. Mr. Stanger has been an employee at Tandberg Data since 1983.
