To make sure you'll always have full functionality and best performance of your device we strongly recommend to use the latest firmware version for your product. In the "Drivers and Downloads" section select "Firmware" downloads and your device in the dropdown menus. Then just click "submit."
In order to identify what drive generation you have please refer to the partnumber list of new drives below. Any other partnumber identifies the former drives. Your devices partnumber can be found on its box, on the drive itself and on the delivery notes of your supplier.
