REACH

Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals is a European Union chemical regulatory framework that entered into force on 1 June 2007.

Article 33 requires that Tandberg Data provide a declaration to our customers about substances in products that are included in the REACH Candidate List. The Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) can be found here.

Tandberg Data products do not contain any substances on the SVHC candidate list above the threshold level of 0.1% by weight of the listed article.
